O Scale "What If"
Proposed 3D Resin Printed Kits
Prototype pix below are of proposed O scale resin-printed kits addressing VERY distinct operating eras (steam and modern).  Your vote is necessary to proceed with any of these projects.  Contact me at jimking3@charter.net to voice your opinion.  Each vote will be tallied and the "winners" will be selected for production based SOLELY on market response.

Pullman-Standard was a major supplier for Southern Railway and its subsidiaries.  Five styles of the 5277 cubic foot capacity boxcars were produced in the 1970s.  Each is shown below plus a pic of NS 2545.

Car types are:  10-post DD no waffles (524465), 10-post SD with waffles (526998), 8-post DD with waffles (551324), 12-post SD no waffles (SOU 526012 + NS 2545), 12-post SD with waffles (549854)

Norfolk Southern cars were the last ones delivered with NS lettering prior to the 1974 Southern/NS merger.

Family Lines System cars (10-post with waffles) were built in 1980 and lettered in this scheme with SCL (400 cars), Georgia (75), and Clinchfield (150) reporting marks.  Most were in operation under subsequent Seaboard System and many were repainted/renumbered CSX.
